Relax and take advantage of the opportunities offered by our Uzdrowisko! Every stay at Sanatorium Równica or Sanatorium Narcyz is an opportunity to consult with a physiotherapist, and as part of the treatments – under the supervision of our trainers – exercise in the brine pool.

Our guests have access to beautiful and comfortable rooms with a view of the mountains.

As part of the stay, you will have up to 95 PLN per day to use at the Health Institute - the largest treatment facility in this part of Europe, along with brine pools.

The minimum treatment period should last for 5 nights.

The stay with treatments includes:

accommodation in Sanatorium Równica or Sanatorium Narcyz*
full board according to the diet
consultation with a physiotherapist and nursing supervision
treatments in the Health Institute
NEW - the possibility of daily use (70 minutes) of the brine pool complex during available hours
*when staying at Sanatorium Narcyz, the access to treatments is about 400 m along the sidewalk.

Events schedule

stays with treatments begin on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
the first meal is lunch, the last is breakfast on the day of departure;
upon check-in, we invite you for a consultation with a physiotherapist who will prescribe treatments for the entire stay;
treatments are carried out from Monday to Saturday (except for holidays);
numerous additional attractions are organized during the week: cyclical lectures as part of the Health Academy, dance evenings with music, excursions in the area organized by the "Watra" Tourist Office.

Help in recovering health is our main goal. However, we do our best to ensure that the stay at the Uzdrowisko Ustroń is much more than that. Therefore, alongside rehabilitation, consultations, and examinations, we provide our patients with interesting opportunities to spend their free time. The choice is varied and above all substantial. This guarantees that both enthusiasts of movement and somewhat less active guests will find the ideal offer for themselves.

Ustroń has a large group of supporters. Those who decide to visit Ustroń for the first time will certainly not be disappointed. The city, located in the Silesian Beskids, offers many diverse attractions. Within Ustroń itself, in the Park Zdrojowy, right next to the Uzdrowisko Ustroń, there is the Water Drinking Hall and graduation tower.

The city has a very nice market square, where a beautiful town hall and an amphitheater stand. Worth noting is the historic St. Clement's church from 1787 and the nearby Evangelical church of Apostle James the Elder – the largest temple in Ustroń.

Directly by the market square in Ustroń, visitors can find the Ethnographic Museum Stara Zagroda, set up in interesting wooden houses.

However, those who prefer to relax in nature will be delighted with the surroundings of Ustroń. Thanks to numerous mountain trails and walking paths. The picturesque surroundings and beautiful landscapes also encourage biking.

One of the biggest attractions is the mountain Czantoria (995 m above sea level). It features a summer toboggan run and a year-round cable car, which attracts winter sports enthusiasts in winter. Another attraction is Równica, which you can drive to the top. It offers beautiful views, and there are also a shelter, taverns, and a shooting range for children.
